Winter Break—Oodles of things to do

 


With two weeks of no school ahead here’s a list of ideas of things to do over the break. Some are links to earlier posts and some are new—like a calendar list of specific activities. I’ll be taking a break from posting for the rest of the year to be out and about adventuring with my family but back in January. Happy Holidays!

December 16 (Thursday)
  • 6:00–10:00 pm—Cooperative Game Night @The Missing Piece

    Alex (one of the owners) is ready to host his favorite type of board games. Regardless of the theme or complexity of the game, every co-op game has one thing in common: players must work together to beat the game as a team. For details, visit their website.

    Calling all Pokemon Trainers (or soon-to-be Trainers). Pokemon Training Camp is back at Meeples! Open to all ages. Masks will be required for everyone in attendance. Come learn the ins and outs of Pokemon TCG, play some fun casual games, and meet other Trainers just like you! For a full calendar of events, go here.

    Seattle’s largest open D&D group can be found at Meeples Games. First time playing? No problem. Experienced player? Great! This group is for everyone from beginners of all age groups.   • 5:00–10:00 pm—Family Game Night @Meeples Games

    Calling all Families! Head over to Meeples Games every Tuesday from 5pm to close for Family Game Night! Enjoy dinner and some board games with us!
