Art Adventures—Music

Welcoming spring with the sounds of music. A recorder belting out Hot Cross Buns, the theme to The Office being played over and over on a keyboard and a trumpet being taken apart and cleaned for the first time in who knows how long.

I could write for days about music but since I'm still adjusting the the time change, going to keep it short this week. But not before saying thank you to all music teachers out there—before, during and after the pandemic—for doing what you do and to my kiddos for sticking with it through online school.

Below is a list of family-friendly options for listening to music as well as places for kids to take lessons or attend a camp. Have something to add? Let me know! And if you didn't see it, check out my post from last week about other art adventures in West Seattle.
